For those who say Indian Airlines sucks in baggage handling, read this. British Airways screws up and ‘misplaces’ our “Future Cup” that we won 2-1 against South Africa on July 1st. They were put on a Glasgow-London-Mumbai British Airways flight four days later and BCCI is yet to receive them

And our dear Ratnakar Shetty confirms that this is not the first time with British Airways.
BA’s response is classic.
British Airways, however, denied the bags had gone “missing”. Radhika Raikhy, a British Airways spokeswoman, told PTI, “The bags are not missing, they are not lost. They have been delayed. We are bringing them back (to India) as soon as possible.”
Baggage that was on July 5th flight didn’t reach the destination as of July 12th.. they have been just ‘delayed’. Yeah .. right Great Service for that highly inflated air ticket prices.
